About
Indore, a thriving educational hub, is home to several prestigious institutions, but MB Khalsa Education Society stands out as a pioneer in quality education and social service. Rooted in Sikh values and committed to academic excellence, the society has been nurturing young minds for decades, offering modern education blended with traditional ethics.
What started as a small initiative in Gurudwara Imli Sahib has today grown into a renowned educational network, empowering over 10,000 students across multiple institutions. With a vision for progress and a mission to educate, MB Khalsa Education Society is shaping the future of generations by providing inclusive, career-oriented, and value-driven education.

Historical Journey & The Birth of MB Khalsa Education Society
Sikh Migration & Early Presence in Indore
The Sikh community started settling in Malwa region as early as 1860, but their significant growth was seen in the 1940s. The Partition of India in 1947 brought a wave of Sikh families to Indore, mainly from Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab (now in Pakistan).
These migrants had a deep commitment to education and had already established a Khalsa school in Mandi Bahauddin. After moving to Indore, their first step was to revive this educational tradition. They started by gathering children in Gurudwara Imli Sahib, providing informal education, and laying the foundation for a structured educational society.
Formal Recognition & Expansion
Recognizing the importance of their efforts, the Madhya Pradesh Government granted land in Raj Mohalla, Indore, to establish an official institution. In 1953, MB Khalsa Education Society was formally registered under the Societies Registration Act, marking the beginning of a new era in education.
Over the years, MB Khalsa Education Society expanded to multiple institutions, offering primary to higher education, and professional courses, ensuring holistic development for students.
